Shipping & Return Policy

1. Return Policy

• Coverage: Applies to all products sold by Rugsfun. Eligible for return within 15 days of receiving the product.
• Ineligible Items: Custom-made/personalized products, final sale items, flash sale items, wholesale items, clearance items, and design-collaboration merchandise.
• Return Initiation: Submit a return request through your account first.
• Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will email you a confirmation. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain period.
• Restocking Fee: $45 per item over $119; $25 per item below $119.
• Eligibility for Full Refund: The item must be in new condition (with original plastic bag) and returned without:
  • Traces of pet hair or allergens
  • Any marks
  • Indications of use, laundering, or inadequate maintenance
  • Defects or discolorations
• Return Shipping: Prepaid return labels are provided for U.S. customers. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Time Limit: Ship the product back within 30 days after return approval; otherwise, the return will be closed without refund.
• Post-Return Period Claims: Quality issues reported after the return period are eligible for store credit only.
• Price Adjustment: For orders placed within 24 hours before a price drop, store credit for the price difference is available upon request.

2. Return Steps

• Prepare the Product: Keep it in the same condition as received, along with original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
• Drop-off: Use the prepaid return label to ship via nearby USPS/FedEx/UPS stores.
• Receipt Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after successful return.

3. Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: U.S. customers may exchange products within 15 days of delivery at no extra cost. Exchanges are not available for non-U.S. customers.
• Limitations: One exchange per order. Discounts/promo codes do not apply to exchanges.
• Credit & Payment: You will receive full retail value credit for the exchanged item. Refund the difference if the new item is cheaper; pay the difference if it is more expensive. Exchange credits cannot be saved for later use.
• Ineligible Items: Custom-made/personalized products, wholesale items, and design-collaboration merchandise.
• Exchange Initiation: Email Customer Care at rugsfun8@gmail.com with your request.

4. Additional Rules

• Final sale and customized products are non-returnable.
• Partial Refund Reasons:
  • Traces of pet dander or fur on the returned item
  • Dirt or grass stains
  • Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
  • Damage or discoloration
• Return Rejection Reasons: The returned item fails to meet the above eligibility criteria, or is not shipped in appropriate packaging (original or similar) to prevent damage.
